This series follows a group of sisters who have found themselves in dire straights. When their father dies, he has left 5 sisters and their mother with very little income and a house that now belongs to the next male heir. They decided to move to the Devonshire seaside and start fresh by turning their home into a bed and breakfast. Throughout the 3 book series, the sisters find peace, happiness and love. They learn to forgive each other and how to be a prospering family again.
As I said, this is a 3 book series with a novella coming out soon. I enjoyed all three books immensely, but found that I liked the third book the best. This series should be read in order as each book builds on the previous.
I had to wait for each new book to be published so it was hard to remember characters and each sisters story, but I was able to remember after a while of reading. I found that the first book was a little long, but books 2 and 3 were perfect.
Julie Klassen is a great Christian author and I have read many books by her, so if you haven't tried any by her before, I would put her on your to-be-read- author list! As all of her books are clean (no smut or language) I would say 16 (ish) years old and over could read her!
